Return Policy for in-stock Items

We have a 14-day return policy for items that are not offered on pre-order, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and to post the item via recorded delivery to:-

Linfield FC will not accept any responsibility or liability for items lost in the post and the decision to refund/exchange will be at our sole discretion.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned eg. custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first purchase the item you require if the size is in stock then return the item you have received via the guidelines above.

Once the return is accepted by our staff we will immediately process the refund for the original item.

Refunds (in-stock items)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation policy for pre-order Items

We strictly do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for pre-order items.

This is because we use your pre-order to help us determine the quantity of a  product to buy in for stock.
